D600 sharpening question.

I have a D600 and I shoot in RAW I was wondering what other users do when processing their RAW files in CNX2, specifically when applying sharpening with Unsharp Mask. I have been using 32.5.4 combination when editing but compared to my D700 the photos don't look that sharp and bit too smooth.

It might be that the D600 has more MP's and is a smoother looking file. I'm enclosing 2 photos the 1st one with 32.5.4 sharpening and the other is with no sharpening used, do these look sharp and clear?.
