I have not. I played around with tethered shooting a bit a couple of years ago but I found it just too slow. What I ended up doing instead was to run a long hdmi cable from my Nikon D3 straight to a big flatscreen TV. That mirrored the image on the back of the Camera on the 46" screen instantly. As fast as it showed up on the back of the camera. Tethering meant long delays waiting for the image to download and the software had to be setup etc. This was instant and no setup needed. Also very good for browsing the images on the camera, super fast.
