Need a photo retouch favor!

I don't suppose someone could make my right shirt collar (left if facing photo) come up higher, covering more of my neck - just as if I would have pulled up on the collar right before the photo was snapped? Ideally, I would like the collar to come all the way up to the shaded part of my neck. Thanks!
