It's not quite that. What it is is my 'if exposure's so important, you should be able to spot 5 stops different' tack. So far, people don't seem to be doing very well. It's a bit muddied because my execution is not as good as my intention.

That sounds to me awfully like "look how amazing the modern sensors are" tack. But heck, with my track record in this discussion, I'd better wait a coupla days
