How'd I do what? I was THERE!
Ha, Ha! No, really a lot of help from Topaz filters. Adjust 5, Gritty, to change to B&W. A layer mask to bring back the color. Another filter called Star Effects for the star. A lot of burning and blur to keep the background from distracting.
