I don't have any experience with the Fuji X pro, but I can direct you to read the excellent review of this camera on Luminous Landscape. Reading that it really opened my appetite for the camera. As he says there, it requires dedication and patience, because beside the sensor, coupled with the original lens, there is nothing good about this camera. On the contrary. But the images are unparalleled with anything short of medium format. Can you believe that? Maybe it's true. I respect the site a lot.

And in the end if one is a dedicated shooter what matters is the outcome and not how easy it is use the camera or how many keepers you get out of 100 photos.
