Upgraded to Mountain Lion and all admin accounts are ruined...

Can anyone suggest a solution to this? I updated our 18 iMacs and after the update from Leopard to Mountain Lion, all of my administrator accounts were broken. When I log in as Admin, I have no priviledges. Is there any way to fix this? Now I can't even change the network settings...
