ViewSonic VX2770 - 27" IPS Monitor for under $400

This monitor doesn't gain you anything over a 23" monitor with the same resolution, other than bigger pixels, which for photo editing is probably undesirable. If you plan to sit farther away from the monitor than normal, like for video watching or game playing, or if you have vision issues, especially for text work, it might be a benefit.
