First walk with NEX6 kit--Balch Creek
Dec 2, 2012

This camera really makes it easier to work a subject and get the shots I want and the lighter kit saves my back while hiking.  I just love having live view that has fast and accurate AF (you mirrorless veterans take this for granted, but it's a luxury for someone used to shooting a DSLR.)  I'm enjoying the multi-frame NR app.  The fast frame rate of the NEX6 replaces a tripod in a pinch Shoots about 5-6 shots at 1/4 second each, so you get over 1s of water blur.  The stabilization makes hand-holding 1/4 second easy near the wide end of the 16-50.  For the best quality, I'll usually shoot a bunch of RAW images and combine them in Photoshop, but this app is so easy, it's hard to resist.  Well worth the $5.
