#2 has the best composition I think. I would try to crank up the shutter speed much higher. It will improve the sharpness, so you will probably be raising the ISO to do this. Unless you can get real close 200mm is not long enough for birds even large ones. You may have too much Exposure Compensation dialed up. When it's sunny I usually use -.3. Good Luck
