Hosts should be able to award ribbons

IMHO It would be better to receive a "Gold Ribbon" from someone from Dp Review(I'm not sure who exactly, maybe one of the camera reviewers) and not the challenge Host. It doesn't have to be every challenge either, but one that has a winner that they consider outstanding. The extra accolade would be a more rare occurance and something thats done "want to" rather than "have to".
