Stabilisation on Olympus OM-D

Remember to turn the in body IS off with the tripod. You will likely get sharp shots then, if everything is stable.

Not all lenses are going to work the same on the camera.

I just tested my OMD with my 50-200 using the same shutter speeds, handheld, and while the shots look better than yours, they are far from perfect. I'd stick to using higher shutter speeds with telephoto. Of course each lens and camera combination is a little different, how people can hold them, and this varies by the individual.
