To ditch the D300 and buy an X-Pro 1 or not ?!?

I have been using a D300 since  2008. ISO 800 is the acceptable and 1100 is also good? Topaz DeNoise cleans this up easily to look like ISO 200 or close to it. However, I know what you are saying.

Anyway, i plan on making the move but will do it in steps, starting with the XE1 and the zoom. If i like it, as i suspect I will, then I plan to transition by selling off my D300 and six lenses to financE Fujis new lens that I will need to built a kit. I woundn't consider selling the Nikon stuff before I see if it is a good match. The small size, great ISO, and potential for great glass from Fuji is what excites me. Moving subjects with the fuji will be setback compared to a D300
