s100 vs. s95 image comparison
|
I recently purchased a Canon s100 mainly for the wider angle lens and little bit better iso over my s95. I was about to sell my s95, however, comparing the two, it seems like the s100 is a bit softer on the wide end.
Here are a few images taken (jpeg and raw) at about 28mm @ f/2.8 iso80. RAW conversions done on LR 3.6. It seems like the s95 produces sharper or a bit more detail, and not only at the corners.
s100 -camera JPEG 28mm @ f/2.8 iso80
s95 -camera JPEG 28mm @ f/2.8 iso80
s100 RAW 28mm @ f/2.8 iso80
s95 RAW 28mm @ f/2.8 iso80
