For years I've had pocket camera directly in mypocket .. Nice cameras right now a RX100 goesbin my pocket and only in a case when in my travel bag.

Your mileage may vary and I'm not getting an rx1 but dire warniNing about sensor lint doesn't match my experience or many others that have posted likewise.
