Is There Any SD Card Which Is Not Junk ???

Hello Everyone,

Like many photo and video enthusiasts I am again searching for an SD memory card.

In particular I am looking for a 32 GB card that can handle SUSTAINED WRITES at 10 MB/s or better.

I have read a number of threads on dpreview such as http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/post/50253879 and combed through the reviews at Amazon and NewEgg.

Right now I have in my possession a Mushkin U1 rated card and find that using HD_Speed and H2TestW it cannot break past 9 MB/s and it fails during write after about 15 min of testing. It also frequently freezes my PC. I have a Uspeed USB 3 card reader and have tried it connected on both USB 3 and USB 2 busses. I have also tried it on my HP Inkjet card reader which is USB 2 and gives me about 2.5 MB/s.

I bought the Mushkin because I have had good luck with their USB sticks and most of the reviews at Amazon and NewEgg of Sandisk and Transend, PNY, and Lexar have a siginificant portion of people complaining of failures and fakes and slow speeds, etc.

Can anyone guide me to a sd card that isn't a fake, is not likely to fail taking my photos and videos to sd hell, can give me 10MB/s sustained writes and won't cost as much as the Powerball Jackpot?
