Capture date clarification

From my experience perusing this weekly challenge, the less-than-diligent Host accepts any date capture, even if the entry was taken three years ago! He never seems to check (via EXIF data programmes) whether the capture date has been changed, and thus allows cheats to attain good scores in these challenges.

If a host sets a particular rule, then it is the host's responsibility to make sure the entrants abide by those rules.
