Well... I know nothing about it. But, the most obvious difference I see is that it's got a resolution of 1920x1080
Better 27" IPS displays you'll find discussed more often in the forums typically run at a higher 2560x1440 resolution.
But, they also cost more.

Do you think the extra resolution is worth it if you're doing photograph editing and not digital art?
