Sony A99 video is soft. Even with +3 sharpness setting. Video samples and comparisons.

AVCHD is soft and MP4 looks the same.

Yes, dynamic range, colors, awb, exposure metering is super, but video is soft, like shoot is standart definition and interpolated up to FHD.

And electronic stabilization is unusable with focal lenghts more than 50 mm. Especially at 24, 25 p.

60p stabilization is more or less usable.
