GH3 and HDR?

To all new GH3 owners. Has anyone trued the in-camera HDR yet? I have never done HDR photography and I am wondering if the camera can actually create some great images this way, or if it is nothing like the HDR that people get in the special HDR software programs. I get my GH3 on Wednesday!
