JPEG settings for Pentax cameras

Shoot me if you must but I confess to using JPEG output when using my camera (K-30) as a casual camera and not when getting all that serious about trying to capture the best photos that my skill, or lack thereof, allows me.  So, here's my question:

Which picture setting... Bright, Natural, custom, etc. is favored by various forum members when shooting JPEG images?  Any particular reason why you've chosen that setting?  Do you change around settings?
