Thanks guys. So does that mean that the first anti-shock setting has a 1/8 second delay ,and the second has an even longer delay?

Is there any reason to use BOTH anti-shock and a two second delay? I'm currently using both, testing how slow shutter speeds I can shoot my 14-42 X, for night shooting..

I use the shutter delay (1/8s) for handhelds.   The 2 second timer delay I use when on the tripod (when not using the remote release, which is often).
