Too much Photoshop or is this still good?

A. Original

B. Duplicate; applied the blue channel in Luminosity mode for texture and off-set the cyan colour cast; used the blue channel again and quick mask to extract to a new layer; new BG layer (radial gradients) below; blended skin blotches with healing brush; selective colour adjustments to neck and cheek areas to balance skin colours; sharpened.
