Hi all,
I too, after a few weeks decided to use the ten pin plug and it was as in the images above. I purchased the D800E from DWI online.... got lots from them in the past with nothing wrong. This time they refuse to fix this unless I returned it within 14 days of purchase on invoice date. If I had paid and extra $300 plus for extra warranty they would have considered looking at it. I am in Perth and they wanted me to pay for the postage as well in that 14 day period to Sydney. I have learnt my lesson here about online buying. Maybe its worth paying the extra at my local camera shop so I have this back up. Thanks for reading ...Tony Green www.tonygreen.id.au
gee Tony that's a tough call by DWI...so they dont have any warranty unless you pay the asked $300?..which defeats the saving you achieve from them rather than buying locally ..if that's the case I certainly wont buy from them.....
