Thanks guys for your replies.. Well some of u gave me some hope that these may not be scratches...I am going to take it to Canon for cleaning..
No more sensor swabs for me..I was really careful during the swipes and hope these are not scratches..
I have only one body and interchange my 3 lens frequently. The same was with my 2 yr old 5dm2 which i sold off to buy the 5dm3.
The funny thing is my old 5dm2 never accumulated so much dust on the sensor as well as in the chamber like the 5dm3 .
