The bezel crack and Olympus Service
I have the bezel crack, but won't bother sending it in for that. But when I got my EM5 new it had crud on the sensor. They were in short supply so rather than return it I sent it in to Olympus USA. They had it back in my hands cleaned up and ready to go in 4 days TOTAL, including shipping. I consider that amazing. I've been a CPS member for 15 years and they've never done better than that.
