AVCHD 2.0 came out last July. Until then, 1080p60 was not included. Version 10 of Premier Elements included project presets for AVCHD 1.0 formats but there was not a 1080p60 preset. I successfully edited 1080p60 files, but had to have a mismatched preset. Version 11 of PrE has "official" support of 1080p60 meaning there is a specific preset for it, finds that preset automatically at the beginning of a project and perhaps other things.
So far, I have not invested time or money in Premier Pro that is part of CS6. My guess is that based on release cycle dates it may not, but I really don't know. From personal experience, I can say that Lightroom 4 includes some video functions now, but does not like 1080p60 very well.
