Two Qs

Did you push the exposure up in the lab shot in post at all?

NO.

Early days of course, but I'm seeing some hints of green and magenta mottling in darker sections of the hair. Still darn good for high ISO, and those areas are not quite inside the focused DOF, so that kind of rendering is not totally unusual. Thanks for posting the examples.

Are these examples of default in-camera high ISO noise suppression for jpeg?

Yes, overall i have only had a quick play, but looks promising so far.

Looks good. Thanks again

and a cyan/blue dog to the right

Maybe there was light reflecting off a cyan/blue wall. It could happen.

You are right, i see it as blue it had something to do with my kitchen and the light/colours.

this kind of images says nothing about the camera but more about color handling

White balance madness. I think these kinds of images do say something, at least about the jpeg rendering and noise suppression software in the camera. I've seen worse at high ISO.

Me to.

sorry if Im RAW.

Nothing to be sorry about. I'm just trying out for a supportive roll. I'm doubtful that I'll be called in for the part. I get the RAW reference, hilarious.
