If the X Pro1 and XE1 are almost at the same price...

Not having the XE-1 in hand for more than 48 hours there are only 2 issues. The first is the lower resolution LCD.  It is more difficult to determine whether or not the subject is in sharp focus with the XE-1 vs the higher res X-Pro1.

The second has already been mentioned.  The OVF allows a faster movement and focus in more dimly lit areas.
