Has E-M5 "hairline fracture" chilled prospective buyers?

I can't see how this minuscule crack could have any effect on the camera.  The crack has already reached the edge and has nowhere else to go.  It's on a bit of trim that won't affect water sealing.  Most people wouldn't have even noticed if they hadn't been told to look for it.
