Very recent D800E batch with AF appearing to be fixed/within tolerance?

Picked up a D800E (serial 3009XXX) a few weeks ago and it arrived while I was out of town. So I just got around to playing with it and it appears that the left AF is fixed or within tolerance as it is pretty symmetrical with the right (just slightly softer). The LV focus is spot on with both lens below so I've only post the viewfinder AF. Both left and right sides are softer but I believe this is normal with the outer points? Am I mistaken that this camera looks to be good?

First set with 24-70mm at 24mm (focus was pointed at the horizontal bars)
