Any advantages of 60D over 650D?

I agree. The two wheels and the brighter viewfinder translate into substantially better ergonomics, making the camera easier and faster to use.

The 650D/T4i has a newer image sensor with built-in phase detection that seems to result in somewhat faster focusing in LiveView, though still not as fast as with SLR-mode focusing.

For me, I favor the ergonomics.
