E-PL5 Silent Mode?

Just got the Olympus E-PL 5 with kit lens and I'm enjoying them both. There is one problem though, the shutter is much louder than I expected, almost as loud as a compact DSLR.

Is there a silent mode that I can set? So far the manual has been no help although I am just beginning to read it thoroughly.
