Need Help and advice please.

I took this picture and I could not get the right setting's, after a while standing in the same postion my back started to hurt. I was wondering if you guys know what settings I should use for this shot please.

It was suppose to be a moon coming out of the clouds around 700 pm west coast time. Am useing the Sony Nex 5n with 18-55mm lens  with flash on.
