Unusual reasons to love a K-01, Part One

I finally held a K-01 in hand not that long ago and was surprised at how good/solid it felt in hand. Seems like a really well put together camera. (Also that day, held the Q in hand and was surprised at how incredibly tiny it is and also well-built.) If the prices dip down again around the holidays, I may consider getting one for use with the 35mm macro limited on a tripod for purposes of archiving posters, newspapers and other publications that exceed the typical size of a flatbed scanner. Seems like with focus peaking in live view this would be quite useful for this kind of work.
