Given the backstage pass that DPR's higher echelon likely has with Oly, it would appear that the statement being made is that the only 4/3rds is now m4/3.

So I would expect in consequence that:

1.) The 4/3rds (D)SLR line is truly roadkill or . . .

2.) That Oly's next "flagship" (D)SLR will not use a 4/3rds sensor.  This would be entirely in keeping with Oly's history of marketing masterstrokes which threw out their existing customer base with yesterday's junk mail.

Wonder what they'll do about the legacy glass?
