As for your point 4:

I programmed the ISO button with the magnifier function and I moved the ISO function to the custom button (the former 'flash pop up' button). This solves your problem. This way the magnifier works all the time (RAW and JPEG) and it is at a very comfortable position nearby the shutter button. The programmed C button for a quick ISO change can be reached with your thumb when the lens is lying in your hand.

The smart tele converter button keeps the button "smart TC". So, when in RAW this button has no function, but you still have the ISO button for magnifying without diving in the menu.

By doing this, you have both the smart TC and the magnifier function separately at your disposal.
