I have to laugh...

Apparently that is what some people want. They seem to strut around with their big cameras and lenses, I presume with the though evermost in their minds that other people look at them admiringly and wonder "that guy must be a professional photographer". Not all are that way of course. But my experience is that some people wear their big cameras as jewelry as much as for taking photos.

I find myself wanting just the opposite. At times I feel my E520 and 14-54 are too obtrusive for certain situations. I'm going to be migrating to m4/3 this year, with much more than IQ being a factor in that decision. I do a lot of work in situations where I don't want people to be distracted or intimidated by a big camera and lens.
