Colour Fringe Correction: DxO 8 significantly better than Photoshop's lens correction filter

Yesterday I opened a Sony A 55 jpeg in Photoshop. I tried to correct the colour fringes with Photoshop, but the success was not convincing:

Have a look between the legs.

Today I tried it with DxO Optics Pro 8, and it is significantly better:
