First there is the backlight, which is the strongest light in the image, then her upper body is lit less intensely, followed by her lower body which is in very dark shadow. Adding to that is a flare in the top right corner. All of those different light sources lead to the image appearing 'staged' for lack of a better word. Some folks refer to a shot looking 'flashy', where all the light sources and their positions are very apparent. It's not necessarily a bad thing, just depends on what you want the image to look like. I generally prefer a more balanced image in terms of lighting.
