Goliath Heron or Purple Heron?

I've just posted some bird images from our recent trip to Namibia and someone is questioning whether the following images are of a Goliath Heron or a Purple Heron. Our guide said it was a Goliath Heron - now I don't know which it is. What do you think?

And it's the same with the Hornbill image: is that a Damara Hornbill or a Red-billed Hornbill?
