30 minutes of video

Seems that shooting video, and more importantly 30 minutes of it is a really must have feature that must work in this forum.

Hope I'm not being rude but can I ask why? I bought my nex to use as a camera and have never shot video with it and I can't help thinking I would rather buy a video camera if I wanted to shoot video.

Also, why would you want to shoot 30 minutes in 1 take? Wouldn't that be really boring to watch/hard to edit?
