Just curious - how do you call BIF pictures taken with a 4/3 camera and a 70-300mm ?

The difference is that there are a selection of excellent lenses for the FT birders. And there is a huge difference between a BIF filling the frame and in focus, compared to several of the shots seen in the mFT which really are more like deep DOF landscape shots.

I don't want to post links to others photos ,but a wee look through the regular birding thread here compared to what is available on the mFT very clearly demonstrates the advantage  that better C-AF { though to be fair Olympus C-AF is not as good as the better Canon and Nikon models } and lenses give in this niche area.
