Remember the Coolpix 990 ?

I wonder who still remembers the Coolpix 990 range of cameras from about 12 years ago?

All of 3.1 Mp with a swivel-neck and a brilliant lens.

I really loved that camera and the outstanding images it was capable of producing. I was reminded of it again earlier today as I was busy selecting some pics for a blogpost on my website. Here are a couple of shots taken with it in 2004 during a tour of the major car manufacturers in Italy.

Sadly my camera somehow got lost.
