5DII 24-105 photos blurred - is there a 'golden' range of SSs for using IS?

Thanks very much for your reply. Your observation about viewing @ 100% being equivalent to a very large print and so being more critical is very helpful. I’ll be more careful in future & will try to use much faster shutter speeds & better shooting technique.
