If you want a macro lens, or a small portrait lens, or just one of the sharpest 4/3 lenses available, then go for the 50 macro.
If you want an all around lens for wildlife or portraits, go for the 50-200.
If you want a big lens to show off, 50-200
If you want one that fits in your jacket pocket, go for the 50
Going used might leave enough over from the 50-200 to buy a 50 macro... or perhaps the next bit of gear you lust for.
