Auto-everything should be turned off before you calibrate and kept off to maintain the standards you set.

The only auto luminance feature might be the one that senses your ambient light and adjusts brightness to compensate. Since I control the ambient light I keep that feature off.

Another one you do not want enabled is dynamic contrast. Also keep any media content types disabled so everything is just consistent as calibrated.
