Help creating printing action in CS6

I'm having difficultly recreating my CS3 printing action in CS6.  If I perform the steps manually the print comes out like I want, but if I record the same steps, the results are different.  Specifically, I'm shrinking the image slightly to leave a small white border so I need the image centered.  In the action the image is not centered but pushed to the top left corner.  When I expand the step in the action window I see that it says it should be centered but that's not what happens. Any ideas?  Thanks.
