Sold!! Not even NEX-5N allows that (and I don't think 6 and 7 do either).

Basically the lower flash shutter speed limit is used in Aperture Priority mode as the minimum shutter speed in Auto ISO.  It is nice as you don't have to just rely on 1/focal length as the speed - handy if your subject is moving and you have a wide lens on.  For my 25mm and 45mm I like the shutter speed closer to 1/80s...
