I'm also are  embarrassed before to start in taking this kind of shots.... the trick is to stuck the camera on your eye..... start to shot and think only about composition...... of course you get in the risk to appear a little strange ......

After 10 minutes you perform this task , the folks doesn't care of you anymore..... you are only a guy fixed with photography......
